Description: HP3 Slider Chain is a progression of HP2 Slider Chain and is based on Half Persian 3 in 1 Chain. Slider Chains are a family or category of weaves that have a chain/cable/wire/ring that is embedded inside a weave. What makes Slider Chains different from captures is that each outer ring weaves around the inner chain/cable/wire/ring, where captures do not. The inner wire pictured happens to be rubber in this case and lends to a stretchy compressed look/feel. The top picture shows the top and bottom views of the weave. The bottom picture shows the side views of the weave. The picture sample is made with 102 x stl 16swg 5/16" rings that are 4 in 1 with 5.29 AR and 1 x EPDM 10swg 2-3/4" ring that is 102 in 1 with 22.00 AR. These sizes work great for a bracelet, but HP3 Slider Chain is not as stretchy as HP2 Slider Chain.
